By accessing or using VETO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use VETO. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create a VETO account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

VETO community votes and verdicts reflect the opinions of users. They are not professional advice or guarantees of fantasy sports outcomes. A single user may not cast multiple votes on the same trade, and VETO may take steps to detect or prevent duplicate voting, manipulation, or abuse.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to VETO, such as trade descriptions, player selections, and optional context. By submitting content, you grant VETO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, analyze, aggregate, and use that content to operate, promote, and improve the service, including to generate community results, rankings, statistics, and other VETO features.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you share and that your content does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

You agree to use VETO in a way that is respectful, lawful, and in line with the spirit of the community. Do not manipulate votes, use automated tools to vote or scrape the service, impersonate other users, harass anyone, post unlawful content, or attempt to compromise VETO or its infrastructure.

Community trade verdicts, GM Scores, player sentiment, rankings, statistics, and other information on VETO are entertainment and informational opinions. They are not guarantees of fantasy sports outcomes, player performance, or league success. Always make your own decisions about your fantasy team.

VETO does not itself accept wagers, bets, deposits, or payouts based on fantasy sports outcomes. VETO is a community opinion and entertainment platform, not a gambling or betting service.

VETO's branding, code, design, and other service materials are owned by VETO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our service materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

VETO relies on third-party service providers, such as Supabase, to host data and provide infrastructure. Your use of VETO is also subject to any applicable terms of those third-party providers.

VETO may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from errors.

VETO may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in conduct that we believe harms the community or the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

VETO is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VETO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms of Service as VETO evolves. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date below. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
